Delivery Policy
Delivery within Malaysia takes around 3-4 working days, while delivery to Singapore takes up to 1 week. This does not include public holidays and Sundays. Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and weight of the package.
Customers will receive their shipping notification as well as their parcel tracking number and the carrier being used to ship your order. You can also contact us at support@gratefulmug.com regarding any enquiries about your package.
Defective/Incorrect Items
In the case that you have received any defective/incorrect items please reach out to us immediately either via email at support@gratefulmug.com or via WhatsApp at +6016 61000 20 and we will make all the necessary arrangements to rectify the issue.
Refund Policy
Since our products are sealed upon production we do not accept exchanges or returns, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
